| New service request procedures for Applix customers begin March 17, 2008! | | | | | As of March 17, 2008, all new Applix product service requests must be made through Cognos Insight! Legacy Applix service requests logged in prior to March 17th will continue to be available through the Applix support site.
Cognos Insight is the online Cognos Customer Support web application that enables you to:
- Manage your service requests with Cognos Customer Support - including submitting new ones, updating on-going ones, and reviewing past ones that are now closed.
- Update the contact information that Cognos Customer Support will use when responding to your service requests.
- Automatically reset your Cognos Global Customer Services web site password should you forget it.

The Applix Support Center requires personal accounts. You can use your Main License Account (, provided to you by Cognos, to register your personal accounts. After this registration the users will receive an e-mail with their personalized account and password. With the Main License Account you can add as many users as you like. If you would like to change the password for the Main License Account, please contact Cognos support.
Please log in to the Support Center using the box on the left. If you do not have a valid account, please contact the person responsible for the Executive Viewer within your organization.
If you have forgotten your password, enter your e-mail address in the 'User Name' field, click on the 'Send Password' button, and your password will be sent to the email address entered.
